Expect mini-flows and a warming practice, enhanced through standing, balancing, and mat poses. This class isn't necessarily 'easy', as a slower pace can lend itself to a nice burn, however there will be more time for personal adjustments and to sweetly settle in to each pose which can make the transitions and pace easier to navigate. Enjoy spaciousness in body and mind as you restore and rebalance your energy. You'll fall in love with slowing down.
